INNOVATION & TECHNOLOGY  COMMITTEE

The Innovation & Technology (I&T) subcommittee provides insight to ECMC members on current or emerging I&T solutions developed to serve the needs of the project logistics sector. Innovation is understood to include any process (whether digitally enabled) that improves the work product managed by project shippers and logistics service providers. I&T solutions can be identified in any number of ways including through direct contact with solutions providers, industry conferences and associations, via journals, or any relevant online publication.

 

The subcommittee illuminates identified I&T solutions to ECMC member companies for members to individually pursue, or if approved by the ECMC executive committee for presentation to the entire ECMC membership at a quarterly meeting. It is understood that any presentation will be strictly informative vs a marketing or solicitation approach. It is also understood that ECMC member companies may be innovation and technology solutions providers. As such, competitive circumstances must be considered..
